Customer Success Specialist
The AI Customer Success Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients maximize the value of ContactAI’s LinkedIn outreach automation platform. As the main point of contact, you will guide clients through onboarding, provide ongoing support, and help them leverage our AI technology to achieve their B2B networking goals.
Responsibilities:
- Onboard new clients, providing comprehensive training on ContactAI’s features and best practices for AI-driven LinkedIn outreach.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, offering expert guidance on optimizing their outreach strategies using our AI tools.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with our engineering team to resolve complex problems efficiently.
- Assist clients in interpreting their campaign analytics and provide data-driven recommendations to improve their results.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of ContactAI’s AI capabilities, LinkedIn best practices, and B2B sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product, sales, and engineering, to enhance the platform based on client feedback and needs.
- Document client interactions and contribute to our knowledge base of AI-powered outreach strategies and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on clients’ evolving needs and usage patterns.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in B2B SaaS customer success, sales enablement, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, social selling, and B2B networking strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex AI concepts in simple, actionable terms.
- Active listening skills and the ability to understand clients’ business goals to provide tailored solutions.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think creatively about leveraging AI for diverse business needs.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, analytics tools, and other relevant technologies.
- Data analysis skills to help clients interpret their campaign results and optimize performance.
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn in the rapidly evolving field of AI-powered sales technology.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort with remote work and the ability to manage time effectively in a distributed team environment.
